Joe Deel is the owner of the Burger Bar in Bristol, Va. Deel feels the proposal for a bill to change the time zones in Tennessee would cause too much confusion for people dining in Bristol Virginia and Tennessee. With the stateline that cuts downtown Bristol in half the time change would effect everyone just walking across the street to shop or eat.
