North Carolina Ski Resorts getting snow early

Snow Boarders and Skiers line up to go up ski lift for a day of snow fun at Wolf Ridge in North Carolina.  Early snow and cold temperatures have made for a early season and better snow.

Ski Resorts slow to open with warm temps

Wolf Ridge Ski Resort is now open for business with snow on most of the trails.  Their has not been a snow fall in the North Carolina area so the resort has been making the base and top layer during cold nights. Same for most of the area Ski Resorts.  However, Christmas Day is to reach the upper 60's this year.
