Water testing in Bristol, Tennessee
Donald Stover, under the early morning sunrise, slowly opens the valve on the hydrant at Volunteer Parkway and Whitetop Road in Bristol, Tn. This is the end of the water system for the City of Bristol and Stover has to bleed the lines at this location once a month. He is responsible for the 1200 hydrants in Bristol where he tests pressure and flow and performs maintenance on each one during the year. He tries to check 20 a day.
