Kayla Neikirk was picked as one of two girls to represent Elizabethton High School at the 49th Annual Teen Board of Knoxville, TN. Presentation and Dance. She will also be representing Elizabathton High School as citizen for the 2009 session of ALA Volunteer Girls State.
