Lt. Todd Wiley with the TriCities Regional Airport Public Safety Dept. holds a shotgun used to scare birds away at Tri Cities Regional Airport on Monday. The gun fires a charge that explodes after a delay high in the air that scares off the birds without any harm coming to them.
