Members of the Bristol Va. Fire Dept. hang the american flag inside the Cumberland Square Pavillion for the Celebrate Bristol Star Spangled Weekend this July 4th. weekend. The parade will end at the park where a Citywide Picnic will begin with entertainment during the day.
