Franklin Kimmel is an American stock car driver Menards Ford in the ARCA RE/MAX Series. Kimmel has won the ARCA championship nine times, including eight consecutive. He was at the Bristol Motor Speedway to promote the Race on Saturday. This was also his first laps aroune the track for media event.
