Dalton Rhinehart talks on the phone while still cutting out one of 30 pumpkins he and his grandmother Betty Dillow, back, are cutting along with family. This 27 yr. tradition ends with the family getting dressed up and acting out for the trick or treaters on Euclid Ave.
