Jade Welch, 9, starts to fall over Meghan Carroll,9, at the Johnson Controls Ice Rink at the Bristol Motor Speedway on Tuesday. Standing behind the two is Allie Carroll,13, who was just trying not to get included on the ice. The two families are from Kingsport and Jonesborough.
