Chloe Hayton, 10, places one of approx 900 bags for Homeless Veterans being collected at the Tennessee Armory in Bristol, Tennessee on Friday. The bags are being seperated in Male and Female and will be distributed to the VA in Johnson City, Tn. on Monday.
