Patrick Henry High School - Cadence Wilmoth averaged 21 points and 11 rebounds per game as PH went 23-7 and reached the VHSL Group A, Division 2 title game.

She scored 33 points in the finals of the Hogoheegee District tournament – an overtime win over Chilhowie.

In the state quarterfinals against rival John Battle, she hit two free throws with 0.2 seconds left in regulation to force OT. She then dominated the extra session as the Rebels won.

Then in the state semifinals she had 22 points, 13 rebounds and six blocks in a win over East Rockingham.

Even in the loss to Radford in the state championship game, she had 15 of the Rebels’ 29 points.
