Del. Joe Johnson, 4th district, left, and Del. William "Bill" Carrico, Sr. 5th District listen to Del. Johnny Joannou 79th. point out the changes in the redistrcting maps being considered in both Virginia House and Senate. A public meeting was held in Abingdon, VA to hear from the public about the recent changes. New maps eliminate Johnson's district.
