PHOTO EARL NEIKIRK/BRISTOL HEARALD COURIER..SBA Disaster Assistance Customer Service is in town to assist people with low interest loans to help rebuild their homes from the tornado's in April. They will help people m-f 8:30-5 until July 14th. They are set up in the County Admin. Buildling in Abingdon.
