The Honorable Sage B. Johnson takes the oath from The Honorable Cynthia D. Kinser, Chief Justice Virginia Supreme Court, as his son's Finn Johnson, left, and Pickett Johnson hold the family bible that dates back to the early 1900's. Johnson is the new 28th Circuit Court of Virginia Judge.
