Southern 630 (circa. 1904) passes the Bristol Train Station (circa 1902) Friday morning set out for Knoxville, TN. from Bristol, Va. The steam engine was supposed to make the trip last week but was held up for repairs. Organized by the Watauga Valley Railroad Historical Society & Museum, these sold-out trips had been offered in cooperation with Norfolk Southern Corp. and the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum.
