Bristol Tennessee police officer Grant Hale shows students from the Bristol Youth Leadership how police K9 officer Larco works on a suspect. The students, Sophmores and Juniors numbered 36 kids from 9 high schools and home schooled. The program introduces various area of the Community that can be used to develop leadership skills in the students.
