Working out at the Slater

Spring Training at the Slater Center involved over 50 people Wednesday morning during the 12 Days of Awesome Workouts from April 1- April 26. The group walked to the Anderson Street Bridge for a cardio workout then continued the workout inside to music. The program is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday during April 1-26.
