Heather Hill is the Bristol Mall manager in Bristol, Va. Working in retail management for more than 11 years, Heather Hill has mastered juggling. Now the general manager of Bristol Mall, she runs a facility with a $4 million annual budget she developed with 30 employees and contract workers. She oversees leasing, accounting, marketing, security and housekeeping.
