Phil Timp was the keynote speaker during the Community Wide Kick-off for the United Way of Bristol TN/VA Wednesday at the Train Station in Bristol, VA. Timp spoke to the crowd with passages from his book, "Moments that took my breath away". Timp is living with ALS after it was discovered 2 yrs. ago.
