Trey Clark with the Bristol Tennessee Fire Department spent Friday painting the caps on over 16 hydrants in the City. Over the year all hydrants are tested and rated. Once the list comes out the caps are painted red, orange/yellow, Green, and Blue depending on the gallon per minute rating. Clark was painting the caps on College Ave. and 5th. Street Green.
