Rotarian Ed Hatcher meets Kim Nicewonder, right and Miss Virginia USA 2013 Shannon McAnally following the Tuesday Rotary Club of Bristol, VA-TN. Nicewonder is the pageant director. The Miss Virginia USA and Miss Virginia Teen USA will be held on Friday and Saturday at the Paramount Theatre in Bristol.
