Tennessee Lt. Gov. Ron Ramsey hugs Karen Vance, the mother of slain Bristol Tennessee police officer Mark Vance during the Rotary Salute to those who Serve and Protect on Tuesday in Bristol, Virginia. Ramsey read a proclamation for Police Officers Memorial Day of which Mark Vance was mentioned and he gave a copy to her.
