Betty Davis llives on Carolina Ave. in Bristol, Tennessee in a house built in the 50's. Davis is hoping to be able to replace her plain glass windows and the front door and frame to more energy saving models. Davis applied for the monies that the City of Bristol will be using to fix houses in the area around the former King Pharmaceuticals.
