Serenity Pickel ,3, took time out on Tuesday morning to decorate for the upcoming Halloween night with spiderwebs and ghosts on the bushes outside her grandmother, Dee Curtis, on West Mary Street in Bristol, Virginia. Pickel and her mother, Stephany Hall, and Bethany Johnson were all out to help with the setups including "Jack" who was on the back porch.
