City of Bristol, Virginia Registrar Penny Limburg was at the Bristol Public Library on Tuesday taking photos for voter id's and introducing the public to the new paper ballot and electronic voting machines. During the November 4th. election voters will have to provide a photo id to vote. Prior to the election voters can have an id made at the Registrar's office at anytime.
