Members of the Bristol, Virginia Fire Dept. were using the recently vacant Bonham Circle Apartments in Bristol, Virginia for training on Tuesday, November 11, 2014. The Department was working on ISO certification 240 hours with new employees. The apartments gave a real life testing ground.
