Vickie Miller tests the firmness of the balloons in her Balloon Dart game on Tuesday. Miller goes threw over a 1000 balloons each stop on the April - November tour. Vickie and her husband, Harvey, have been running their game for 30 years. The Drew Exposition is setting up in the Gene Malcom Stadium parking lot for the Annual Virginia High Band Boosters Carnival. The Carnival runs Tuesday - Friday opening at 4 pm and Saturday opening at Noon.
