Tennessee High School principal Dr. Mary Rouse, left, congradulates T.J. Flannagan, center, and R.D. Godsey for their winning a video production competition on the State level at the Skills USA convention. The two also competed in the National Skills and Leadership Conference this past June. Their videos were shown to the Bristol Tennessee School Board during their meeting on Monday. Flannagan graduated last year and Godsey is a Junior.
