Sandie Seymour, city finance department, works out of City Council Chambers conference room. The second floor offices at Bristol Virginia City Hall are being modified as part of an $ 2.8 Million energy saving program that will replace the lights with LED and other energy saving items. Some departments have moved to other areas in the city.
