Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam spoke on Monday in Kingsport along SR. 126 about the TDOT list of roads that need funding in order for construction to begin. TDOT Commissioner John Schroer, left, and Lt. Gov. Ron Ramsey, center, were also onhand in support of the Governor.
