Johnny Hutchinson adds more and more lights to his display at the corner of Windy Hill Drive and Sperry View Drive in Bristol, Tennessee. The corner lot, which belongs to his daughter, has grown each year and now Santa and one of his elfs greet people as they drive by the display.
