Travis Swiney is the owner of Frank's Old Fashioned Barber Shop in Bristol, Tennessee. Swiney opened the shop in January along Edgemont Avenue. Swiney cuts hair and straight blade cuts to old time music, Fresh Popcorn and Children's play area with tablets.
