Lucus Triplett was the Life Scout that developed the idea and mounted the marker. This Civil War Trails maker in Bluff City is called Burning Bridges. The marker show the railroad bridges that were burned and targeted during the Civil War. The Bridge in Bluff City was one of the bridges burned.
