Jonathan Lugo, 15, left, and his brother David Lugo, 13, were spending the last day of Christmas Vacation by spotting and counting birds. The two started bird watching 5 years ago and average 180-200 species of birds a year. The two started at 9:37 at South Holston Dam and counted 18 types to start out the new year.
