 This Coopers Hawk was spotted using a concrete turtle as a roost during the warm sunny Wednesday in Bristol, Tennessee just off the Blountville Highway.

Eugene Williams was the winner of the watermelon eating contest during the Celebrate Bristol Fouth of July celebration on Monday.

Interstate Log Truck

3rd. Place Spot News Photo - Tennessee AP Broadcasters and Media Editors Awards 2016

Logs are scattered along I81 North on Thursday after a log truck lost its load.  The interstate was closed for some time as the logs were moved off the road and the truck was righted and moved.
