Jeff Mitchell, standing, spoke to the BVU board on Friday on behalf of Sunset Digital Communications concerning the progress of the deal for Sunset to purchase OptiNet from BVU. The process has taken over a year and still is unresolved between all the parties involved across the coverage area in Southwest Virginia.
