Spread the Glove in Bristol Tennessee

A pink knit hat is attached to a light pole at at the Downtown Center in Bristol, Tennessee on Friday to kick off the Spread the Glove program. The City puts gloves, scarfs and hats for the public to use of they are in need of such items when the weather gets cold. This is the third year for the program.
