Catherine Brillhart, left, and Donna Hale, both with BVPS Education Foundation, unveil the plaque made to be mounted in the Rex Gearheart Memorial Garden outside Virginia High School. The garden was dedicated on Friday before a crowd of over 150 friends, family, co-workers, city and county and State officials. The garden was constructed with the help of Jacobs Creek Job Corps.
