Bob Garrett, Executive Director Fairview Housing, shows one of the rooms in the Bristol Lifestyle Recovery facility located across the stateline in Bristol Virginia and Tennessee. The center is in the old Bristol Nursing Home and will start taking in residents in May 2017.
