Bristol Tennessee Mayor Chad Keen, left, and Kaela Eads during the City Council Meeting on Tuesday. Eads was presentd the Good Samaritan Award and a Key to the City by the City Council for the event in February where Eads performed CPR on a customers child who had stopped breathing.
