The house of Kay Cook just off Kings Mill Pike in Bristol, Virginia was flooded as was the road to the left on Friday during the heavy rain. The house gets flooded during heavy rains according to Cook because of the drainage of water backs up between her house and the drain pipes under Kings Mill Pike.
